Price & Terms
Prices and product information is subject to change without notice. Prices do not include installation, shipping, insurance or any taxes. All prices are subject to applicable sales taxes.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Lindsley Lighting.
A 50% deposit is required upon release of order for standard products. 100% prepayment is required for all custom orders. This is non-refundable for modified or custom orders. Balance of payment is invoiced upon shipment, for approved customers. All invoices sent upon shipping are to be paid within 30 days of date issued.
Cancellations of orders for standard products will only be accepted up to one (1) week before order Ship Date. All cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of 25% of the order, and/or any costs for labor and materials for items that have already been manufactured. Cancellations must be approved by Lindsley Lighting.
All modified and custom orders are non-cancellable after release.
Five year Warranty. When installed in accordance with Lindsley Lighting Installation Instructions and accepted trade practices, all product materials and workmanship is warranted for five (5) years*. The Warranty only covers repairs due to defect and not misuse. Warranty is voided if any unauthorized repairs or alterations are made or if the fixture is disassembled. LEDs, LED modules, drivers and power supplies are covered by the extent of their manufacturers’ warranties.
Warranty items must receive prior written authorization from Lindsley Lighting.
Lindsley Lighting has the discretion to repair or replace all or part of any product returned for warranty. No claims for labor, performance, equipment, materials or delays will be accepted. Warranty is voided if improper use, installation or modification is made to any product.
*Outdoor products installed in marine environments or within one (1) mile of a saltwater coastline are required to have a marine grade paint finish specified, and are restricted to a (three) 3 year warranty.
Freight & Delivery
All shipments are F.O.B. our factory in Martinez, CA. All Lindsley Lighting orders will be assessed freight and insurance charges. Shipping & insurance charges are invoiced at cost upon shipping, unless prepaid.
Freight is the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product being returned is a factory rework, repair order or under Company warranty. Freight damage claims are the responsibility of the buyer. For all orders in which shipping method is not specified, Lindsley Lighting has the right to select the carrier and route.
Products may only be returned for credit with prior written authorization from Lindsley Lighting. Approved returns must be accompanied by Lindsley Lighting Return Authorization form. Buyers are responsible for all freight charges.
Requests to return products must be made within 60 days from final invoice date. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days. Products accepted for return are subject to a 50% restocking charge. Products must arrive at the factory in new resalable condition. No credit will be issued for products that are improperly packaged and damaged in transit.
Non-stock, modified, custom design or color and discontinued items are not returnable.
